ZERO MIND PROCESS

kalo yang pernah ikut training atau baca buku ESQ pasti tau ZMP deh.
gw suka banget bagian ZMP ini.. for no reason. Tapi kalo dipikir2 emang bener banget.. we have to clear our mind. Imagine, kalo ngadapin sesuatu, blom apa2 udah negative thinking, pasti berantakan deh. For me now, still tring to clear my mind, just trust yourself. Then I know how to facing life, to solve the problem.
The point is : always positive thinking, that's what we called ZERO MIND PROCESS
